Philosphy

1. The goal of each individual athlete should be to increase their capacity to do more work, most efficiently; through strength, endurance, and everything in between.

2. Mobility should be seen from a global perspective; a one size approach will not suffice.

3. Variation is not random and is the most appropriate means to effective stimulus.

4. If you don't get paid to specialize, then don't specialize; your body will thank you.

5. Functional movement is transferable and derived from everyday life.

6. Physical pain is your body talking to you; if you ignore her she will drive you crazy.

7. Without numerical data on your performance and programming, your just running circles.

8. Competition is the only way to foster excellence: directly through sport, indirectly through data.

9. Food is a double edge sword; to much off it and your dead, too little of it your dead.

10. Health and Fitness are inseparable; remove fitness and see how your health responds.

11. Assess don't guess; use data that is measurable, observable, and repeatable.

12. Autoregulate your training: if your body is not up to the challenge, slow down.
