Scaling Grace Workout

Modality: Weightlifting

This high intensity workout has potential to train the lactic threshold if the time domain remains low. Criticism from this workout comes from the high amount of reps in the set. From my experience I have never seen anything that increase chance of injury. I wouldn't consider this a strength workout as much as a conditioning workout. Other suggestions for this workout for increasing strength/speed/power would be doing 5 sets of 3 reps at a heavier load followed by Grace at the end the workout.
