Scaling Angie Workout

100 Pushup

100 Squat

Volume: 400 reps (high)
Modality: Gymnastics, body weight

Standards: The Pushup (pdf), Kipping Pullup (video), Crossfit Situp (video), Air Squat (video)

This high volume workout is out of reach for most people. 100 Pullups alone can take people months to achieve. Thank God it's universally scalable. Break it up as needed but go. This workout definitely biases medium to small frames (Spealer, Bailey...). But again gymnastic movements are crucial. Being able to lat pull-down 200lbs is not cool when you cant do pull-ups with your body.
