Diane is a great complement of lower body-to-upper body work. The deadlift @ 225lbs would be considered a moderate load for most strength athletes. But what I like about this workout is that the gymnastic movement balances the dominance of only strength athletes to rep out 225#. It's surprising how many weightlifters can standing press their body weight multiple times but as soon as you have them invert themselves for hand stand push ups it isn't common to see them fail at their first rep.
